Ranges are indicative and assume paint in sound condition. The final figure depends on the vehicle, panel count, film chosen and any correction needed first — you get a fixed written price at sign-off, before any film is ordered.

No. Quality vinyl is designed to be removable and actually shields the paint beneath it from UV and light abrasion. On factory paint in sound condition, removal leaves the original finish intact. Panels that have been resprayed or have failing lacquer are the exception — that is exactly what the inspection stage is for.
Typically five to seven years for a quality wrap and up to ten for premium paint protection film, depending on sun exposure, washing habits and whether the car is parked outdoors. Nairobi's UV load is high, so covered parking meaningfully extends the life of both.
A wrap changes how the car looks — colour, finish, texture. PPF is a clear, self-healing film that changes how the car survives — stone chips, grit and light scratches. Many clients do PPF on the front end and a wrap over the rest.
Vinyl follows the surface underneath it, so dents, deep scratches and flaking lacquer will read straight through the film. We assess this at inspection and will tell you what needs correcting first rather than wrapping over a problem.
Hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo, no brushes, and keep pressure washers back from the edges and seams. Avoid automatic car washes entirely. You get a written care sheet at delivery.
Tint is often same day. Chrome delete and carbon work run one to four days. A full colour change is typically three to five days, and a full interior retrim five to eight. We give you a firm date at sign-off.
